You\u2019ll need to bring your ID, so have that ready to go. Acceptable forms of ID are:\n<\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Passport books and cards<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2022 Driver\u2019s license<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2022 Provincial\/Territorial or state identification card<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2022 Permanent residence card<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2022 Military identification card<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5250 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/5-Passport-and-License-small-1.jpg\" alt=\"You'll need ID to take the NCLEX\" width=\"375\" height=\"249\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/5-Passport-and-License-small-1.jpg 375w, https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/5-Passport-and-License-small-1-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 375px) 100vw, 375px\" \/>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) Set your outfit out the night before just in case you accidentally sleep in a bit too late.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dress comfortably, but remember that you are required to leave hats, scarves and coats outside of the testing room in a locker.<\/span>\n\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5251 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/6-what-to-wear-small-1.jpg\" alt=\"NCLEX checklist\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/6-what-to-wear-small-1.jpg 250w, https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/6-what-to-wear-small-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/6-what-to-wear-small-1-175x175.jpg 175w, https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/6-what-to-wear-small-1-200x200.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/>\n\n3) Make sure there is gas in your car and you know how to get to the testing center!\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I know this may seem obvious, but if you can prevent an issue before it happens, it will already will alleviate a lot of stress on NCLEX\u00ae day.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5252 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/9-dont-forget-gas-small.jpg\" alt=\"Make sure your car is prepped to get you to the NCLEX\" width=\"250\" height=\"210\"><\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4) Get a good night\u2019s sleep the night before.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I&#8217;m sure your mind will be spinning, but try to get to bed early so you are clear headed and calm the day of the test. Maybe even set a couple alarms so you are sure not to sleep in!<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5253 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/10-sleep-small.jpg\" alt=\"Be well rested on NCLEX day\" width=\"300\" height=\"178\"><\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5) Map out the route to the testing center.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The last thing you want is to get lost on your way and have panic on top of the way you already feel! Make sure you know if there is construction happening, plan out how long it will take to get there and what time you need to wake up to make it to the center on time.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5260 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/8-map-out-route-small.jpg\" alt=\"Map your route to the NCLEX\" width=\"300\" height=\"205\"><\/span>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Test day<\/span><\/h2>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodiecrush.com\/easy-healthy-breakfast-recipes\/\">Eat a good breakfast<\/a> &#8211; something that will give you energy but not too heavy, especially if you are nervous.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limit or avoid caffeine, which will make you even more jittery and anxious. A calculator will be also be on the computer. All of your belongings will be put away in a locker during the exam.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5257 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.picmonic.com\/pages\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/18-calculator-and-pencil-small.jpg\" alt=\"No calculator for NCLEX\" width=\"260\" height=\"230\"><\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4) Be prepared when you check in that your picture will be taken, and you will be providing your signature and a palm vein scan before the test starts.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are scheduled breaks during the test, so if you need to take one, you can raise your hand and someone will come get you.
