  • Extensive use of Picmonic and be a firm believer in it’s awesomeness.
  • Creativity with a love of learning, educating, and helping others succeed.
  • Strong passion for medicine, social media, and interacting with peers.
  • Fluent communication skills (oral and written), excellent grammar and punctuation skills, and the ability to author and edit academic content with a high level of accuracy. 
  • Extroverted with well-developed public speaking skills. 
  • Equally comfortable presenting to students as well as faculty. 
  • Ideally has participated in leadership roles on campus.
  • For medical students, those who have scored highly on USMLE Step 1 and USMLE Step 2 CK preferred. 
  • Able to commit at least 5-10 hours per week (up to 40 hours/month), for at least 1 year.
  • Ability to travel locally (by car); might include some air travel within a specific geographic region.
